ONGOING WEEKLY HEALTH QIGONG CLASSES:
We offer four different qigong classes per week. Each class requires a separate registration each session.
Next session begins April 2021
Each session entitles students to up to ten classes in their chosen class in a ten-week period.
Note: There are no carry-overs, make-ups or refunds.
All classes are held virtually for now.

Saturdays, 9:00-9:45a: (易筋經) Yi Jin Jing (Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Exercises)
Yi Jin Jing, in which the word “Jin” means tendon, is a form that focuses on movements which simultaneously stretch the tendons and open up various acupuncture points along the 12 meridians of the body based on Chinese medical theories.
Monday, 7:00-7:50a: Qigong Class
This class is focused on beginner to advanced students covering various health qigong styles. In this class students work with the instructor to identify qigong forms that best help them meet their personal health goals and objectives.
Classes will be taught by Coach Chris Zebrowski, a certified coach with over 10 years experience teaching qigong and taichi.

Wednesday, 11:00-11:50a: Health Qigong Class
This class is focused on the needs of students with physical limitations adapting various health qigong styles to the capabilities of the students, but it is open to students of all levels and abilities. In these classes students work with the instructor to identify qigong forms that best help them meet their personal health goals and objectives.
Classes will be taught by Coach Chris Zebrowski, a certified coach with over 10 years experience teaching qigong and taichi.
